Key job responsibilities
- Guide and support a team of Business Development Representatives
- Collaborate with campaign and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans
- Build strong partnerships with sales teams to identify opportunities and enhance customer database
- Create and share comprehensive business updates with stakeholders at all levels
- Achieve team performance goals while maintaining high service standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years working in technology-related Business Development, Sales or Operations
- 5+ years' in team development
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and create actionable solutions
- Strong English communication abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven success in data-driven decision making
- Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding of cloud computing services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
