Fever-Tree is hiring a Brand Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, to join our exciting UK Marketing team.

Based in the UK, the brand was launched in 2005 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow to provide high quality, natural mixers which could accompany the growing demand for premium spirits. We are continuing to develop and innovate, launching new products in exciting categories such as adult soft drinks and cocktail mixers. We're looking for people to help define how Fever-Tree evolves as a brand as we continue to grow and innovate within the mixer category. Role Overview:

Today, the UK business is embarking on an exciting chapter as we diversify our portfolio with the launch of our new cocktail mixers, our RTD collaborations with Mirabeau and Papa Salt and our continued innovation in adult soft drinks.

We are looking for a 12-month maternity cover Brand Manager to join our busy, passionate UK marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to join the brand at such an important juncture, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion, energy and commitment to driving the brand forward.

  • The Brand Manager's prime role is to be the lynchpin for the brand in the UK. Coordinating plans, through the line, in service of delivering the UK's annual objectives.
  • Reporting to the UK Marketing Director
  • Working hand in hand with Customer Marketing Managers, Events Manager and the Global Marketing & Innovation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Brand Manager Role at Fever-Tree is focused on helping to drive awareness and consideration of the Fever-Tree brand throughpaid and organic channels in order to help recruit and re-recruit Fever-Tree drinkers in the UK.

  • Supporting Marketing Director on the development and execution of strategic annual brand plans that deliver against commercial and brand objectives
  • Owner of paid social and influencer strategy and budget from agency partner brief through to implementation, optimisation and evaluation.
  • Lead on owned organic content across UK brand social feeds (META), email and website content including copywriting, content planning and scheduling and shoot productions.
  • Accountable for creative effectiveness on paid social and influencer activity, fuelled by campaign insights and learnings
  • Manage ongoing partnerships with Mirabeau and Papa Salt.
  • Briefing and managing PR outreach to driving editorial coverage for the brand throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years Brand Management experience.
  • Proven track record in developing joined up insight>idea>activity plans that successfully drive penetration and win market share.
  • Experience of creating and executing integrated brand campaigns across numerous touchpoints but with particular expertise in social, influencer and PR. Excellent understanding of key metrics and KPIs to then fully evaluate and recommend future plans is essential as well as the ability to manage and develop strong working relationships with partner creatives and comms agencies.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and drive. Superb project manager who can stick to timelines and make budgets stretch far.

  • Strong communicator who can quickly gain the trust and confidence of the broader UK team (both marketing and sales) due to their likeability, credibility and competency when talking about the brand agenda and plans.
  • Strategic and analytical with a creative flair and love of brands. Someone who exudes passion and curiosity, has good marketing and creative judgement but who also has strategic clarity when it comes to making decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in autonomous, self-starter environment, not fazed by speed or multi tasking and with confidence to action things.
