What is the opportunity?
We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team!
You will have the chance to collaborate closely with technical and test teams to make certain the final design will meet the business' needs and your contribution will be key to any project. Take the lead from Business Analyst prospective supporting the Product Owner and Project Manager in ensuring all requirements from a regulatory, infrastructure, IT security, risk and implementation are met.
In this role, you will:
- Support in the development of the BA practice within GTCS and mentor Business Analysts.
- Lead out in assigned projects the elicitation and capturing of BA artifacts, ensuring alignment to our compliance and governance frameworks throughout SDLC
- Work alongside business partners, in a pre-project capacity, to develop Business Cases/Do-Ability assessments.
- Have experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the capture of requirements to support these methodologies for example Functional & Non-functional requirements, Use Cases, Process models, Epics, User Stories.
- Communicate the requirements to various partners and act as translator between IT and the business to ensure the cohesive alignment of all parties.
What will make you stand out?
A strong candidate will have experience as a business analyst, with a proven track record of carrying out requirements analysis and definition and have strong problem solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve key issues. Ability to run stakeholder workshops and meetings.
You will possess highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to influence and work collaboratively.
Essential Qualifications
- Certification, Qualification or Training in BPMN
- Business Analysis (PBA, CBDA, BCS, Lean Six Sigma) Scrum, Agile or equivalent.
