Business Analyst

What is the opportunity?

This is an opportunity to develop within a team environment. The projects are focused on delivering continuously positive customer outcomes within a fast-paced environment! You will gain exposure to leading technology and standard methodology processes while delivering for Ireland's leading bank!

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with key partners to elicit requirements using techniques such as workshops, interviews, shadowing, business process maps and user stories.
  • Be responsible for requirement gathering, sign-off & traceability and the documentation of same as use cases, matrices, BRDs, epics/user stories, Storyboards, data mapping, business rules and process/data flows (modelling) as required by the business or project.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to the confines of our compliance and governance frameworks throughout SDLC.
  • Communicate the requirements to various partners to ensure accuracy and act as translator between IT and the business to ensure the cohesive alignment of all parties.
  • Support IT in eliciting non-functional requirements from the business.

What will make you stand out?

An ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, project management tooling including Confluence, JIRA, or equivalents and mapping tools such as VISIO.

You will have knowledge with multiple types of analysis such as Data Analysis; Process Analysis and Functional Analysis, and certifications or in-job training with any of the following BPMN, CBDA, Lean, Six Sigma, BCS, PBA

Essential Qualifications

Relevant technical qualification in Agile/Waterfall
