As the BI Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing Bi Delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that BI Priorities align with the company's strategic objectives. You will Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Continually evaluate and improves delivery processes. Translate business requirements into detailed specifications that technical teams can use to develop solutions

Some of the great things you'll be doing:
• Responsible for the agile practices of the BI team and instilling best practices
• To maintain and improve processes and tooling around tracking of key deliverable
• To work with the BI Manager to make sure that the backlog is in accordance with the business priorities and BI roadmap
• Pro-actively identify and manage risk, issues and dependencies relating to delivery of change
• Support translating business strategy and commercial needs into a backlog with high quality user stories
• Lead internal forums on delivery progress
• Ensuring that the team maintains a consistent and effective velocity
• Managing resourcing alignments for BAU and business critical workstream
• Working with the Senior Bi Manager to put plan in place for delivery of Bi roadmap and vision
• Ensuring that dependencies with other teams and departments are clearly stated and documented
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of BI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed
• Manage the budget for BI projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control
