Role Overview:

As the BI Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting 55/Redefined's new SaaS platform by developing Tableau dashboards and reports to provide a holistic view of the business. This includes orchestrating data from multiple sources to deliver insights that empower employees, customers, and clients to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements
  • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to surface key performance metrics and insights
  • Integrate data from various sources (e.g. CRM, marketing, finance) to create a unified view of the business
  • Automate and optimise reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
  • Provide training and support to end-users on leveraging the BI tools and dashboards
  • Stay up to date with Tableau best practices and new feature releases to continuously improve the platform

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Analyst, with expertise in Tableau
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Experience integrating and normalising data from multiple sources
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective data visualisations and dashboards
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or a related field

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Understanding of agile software development methodologies
