What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a skilled Atlassian Administrator (Jira and Eazy BI specialist) to join our Data Solutions team within Bank of Ireland!
As an Atlassian Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, enhancing user experience to assist with Data Quality and provide analytical insights to support the Data Solutions Team within the Group Data & Analytics Office (GDAO).
You will work in a team of like-minded professionals with a broad range of experience and backgrounds across Data, IT and the Business. You will help craft, guide, and establish the ways of working, participate in exciting transformation initiatives and be part of a team that helps develop strategic capabilities to enable the bank to develop and maintain its strategic asset.
In this role, You will:
- Implement and configure eazyBI for advanced reporting and analytics
- Create custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Manage Jira projects, workflows, and permissions for Data Solutions/GDAO
- Configure and customise Jira requirements based on team requirements
- Monitor system performance and trouble shoot issues.
- Support and guide our individuals, teams, and organisations in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices and processes using our tooling Jira and Eazy BI.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions/workshops on tooling standard methodologies for Atlassian tool (Jira and Eazy BI) for data insights and metrics reporting.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements
- Support Agile Practice Lead on Agile Roll out to Operate Model
What will make you stand out?
You have 2- 3 years of demonstrable experience working in an Agile environment using Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and eazy BI. You have solid understanding of Agile methodologies and are Atlassian admin certified. You are an excellent problem-solver with solid attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical collaborators.

Data Solutions within the Group Data and Analytics Office functions to enable Bank of Ireland to exploit data assets across the enterprise to drive incremental value to the organisation. This is achieved through greater collaboration, a focus on building well-rounded data-specific capabilities through a product management approach and increasing execution agility through modern ways of working and delegated decision-making.
This is a hybrid onsite role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland/United Kingdom with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
