We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to passionately support the delivery of Twinings base business portfolio. You'll play a key role in achieving our objective to become a leading health and wellbeing brand. There is an opportunity to make a real impact - planning delivery and collaborating cross functionally to deliver our 0-18 month vision, accelerating growth by unlocking opportunities & collaborating across functions to ensure our plans are delivered & executed brilliantly at launch, and are nurtured.

Your goals will be visible and tangible across the business. You'll deliver short / medium term initiatives on our base business, driving the team to excellent execution across the portfolio (NPD, Packaging, Portfolio ownership), and you'll also own the budget tracking / day to day management of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of key initiatives with excellence & passion across our core portfolio (NPD, Packaging, Blends)
  • Owning the day-to-day management of the Twinings portfolio (APTID budget, Delists)
  • Managing GTM assets, consumer careline briefs and our relationship with Brandbank
  • Working towards key priorities & KPI's, whilst utilising agility to flex where appropriate, unblocking challenges and stay on track
  • Building a strong portfolio by making use of competitor and consumer insight and exercising creativity in the way you think & approach initiatives or challenges.
  • Demonstrating a natural curiosity to find out more (MEX, Research), looking both inside and outside of Twinings for learning opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships cross functionally (Marketing, NPD, Commercial, Finance), enabling you to deliver your plans brilliantly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Demonstrable experience at ABM level, within an FMCG organisation
  • Experience of leading key initiatives / projects through to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management / cross functional working skills (ideally with experience to support this)
  • Very well-organised with strong project management skills and ability to flex with changing priorities
  • Commercial capability and an ability to demonstrate an understanding of financials and implications of cost efficiency / ROI
  • Demonstrable confidence to present to a range of audiences internally and externally
  • An eye for detail to ensure your plans are being delivered with excellence
  • High learning agility - able to flex and adapt plans
  • Commercial, curious and consumer centric
