Job overview:
We're seeking a proactive and detail oriented AI Hub and OpEx Portfolio Analyst to support the effective delivery and governance of the AI Hub and OpEx portfolios. This role involves delivering robust reporting, tracking progress against strategic initiatives, maintaining accurate data and supporting continuous improvement activities. You'll ensure effective management of risks, issues and dependencies, support third-party vendor relationships and maintain key documentation to drive operational efficiency and excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience to thrive within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage dashboards to provide visual insights into portfolio performance, including operational and improvement metrics.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports on benefits delivery, tracking forecasted benefits, recording actuals, and identifying deviations or risks.
• Analyse financial data, project progress, and benefits, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain risk registers, RAID logs, and other project documentation, ensuring updates are current and issues are escalated appropriately.
• Support the management of third-party vendor relationships, tracking contractual deliverables and milestones.
• Contribute to updating the Knowledge Hub and associated documentation, ensuring it reflects current project statuses and lessons learned.
• Facilitate communication across teams regarding risks, issues and action items.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
• Experience supporting portfolios, reporting, or project coordination.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and other data visualisation/reporting tools.
• Analytical skills with experience managing data.
• Knowledge of financial data, benefits management and vendor contracts.
• Experience with RAID logs and risk management tools such as JIRA is advantageous.
• Effective organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
