Job overview:

Are you passionate about driving meaningful change, empowering teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement? We're seeking a dynamic Product and Agile Coach and an Agile Enablement Coach, to be key enablers of success within our Tribes on a 12-month FTC. In these roles, you'll support the adoption of our innovative Product Operating Model, champion Agile principles and lead learning initiatives that elevate our product management capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption and embedding of our Product Operating Model across governance, workflows and idea management.
• Accountable of all agile ways of working for the AXA UK business.
• Coach, mentor and facilitate teams and individuals to optimise Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) and product management practices.
• Assess team maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with Product Managers, Owners, Tribe Leads and Scrum Masters to foster a product-centric mindset.
• Develop engaging training content, deliver tailored sessions and support continuous learning through workshops, webinars, and community activities.
• Manage and enhance the Product Academy platform, ensuring accessible, relevant and up-to-date learning materials.
• Support product onboarding strategies, standardise product communications and promote knowledge sharing across the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence organisational change, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive a culture of self-organisation and ownership.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience:

• Experience in Product Management, Agile Coaching, or Product Operations.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practical application in varied contexts.
• Knowledge of Product Operating Models and product ways of working.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops, delivering engaging training and fostering communities of practice.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to produce clear enablement materials and influence stakeholders confidently.
• Experience in adult learning principles, training design and managing multiple initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
