The role:

  • Master the Art of Prioritisation: Reorganise workloads on the fly and manage busy schedules to keep our leadership team on track and thriving.
  • Diplomatic Ambassador: Serve as the first point of contact, managing sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Travel Connoisseur: Organise travel and accommodation arrangements to ensure our Directors are always ready for their next challenge.
  • Innovative Support: Prepare agendas, presentations, and committee papers that shape the future decisions of our organisation.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional time management capabilities.
  • Previous experience handling confidential information with integrity.
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude ready to tackle challenges creatively.
