Administrative Assistant

We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Team (BST).

This is a permanent position, with working hours of 9.30am -5.30pm and due to the nature of the work involved, will be based on-site in our London office.

The team

This position reports into the Business Support Team Managers Assistant and will be based in the central Business Support Team in London (currently a team of 2 who work alongside the Workplace Services team),supporting across all three UK office locations (and firm wide when necessary).

The wider BST team in London (a team of 11), Bristol (a team of 16 ) and Reading (a team of 2) consist of document specialists, legal secretaries and administrative assistants who cover a variety of different tasks and hours to meet the business needs.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team and office with regular onsite needs such as, data entry, post, scanning, copying, printing tasks and general administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a good level of administrative, reprographics to all legal teams
  • Data Entry for recording and managing the secure storage of original documents.
  • Organise large volume printing, photocopying and document production
  • Supporting other departments and assisting with general duties that may be required
  • Quality checking work to ensure it is to high standard and accurate
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
  • Build positive relationships across the business

Key Skills

  • Previous administration experience
  • Great organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
