Job overview:
As Account Manager, you'll manage, retain and be accountable for end-to-end account management service delivery of a portfolio of mid-corporate clients. You'll contribute to profitable growth and achievement of our strategy, plans and targets.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage positive business to business (B2B) relationships to deliver retention and cross sales results.
• Follow sales administration systems and processes.
• Establish and develop meaningful relationships with intermediary partners.
• Produce and analyse management information (MI) for clients and intermediary partners to see the value and performance of their plan.
• Build effective working relationships across AXA Health.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of AXA Health products, including corporate employee benefits and healthcare.
• Maintain awareness of wider market and any changes that are happening.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
• Proven account management experience.
• Previous experience of private medical insurance (PMI) portfolio management.
• Evidence of meeting sales targets and managing day to day customer requirements.
• Ability to accurately follow renewal processes.
• Outstanding networking and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail - confidence to query when something doesn't look right.
• Effective time management and organisation skills.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
