About the Service Line Head

Anne-Marie Welch, Head of Employer Solutions Tax: "I moved to RSM (Baker Tilly at the time) a decade ago after having spent most of my career up until then at the Big 4, and the difference is huge. At RSM there is a fantastic sense of everyone working to get the best out of each other and support one another's careers, whether they're a new graduate or someone working towards becoming a partner. There is a massive variety of work and clients to get involved in and in my experience of RSM everyone has the opportunity to be part of whatever interests them most and push their career in the direction they want. I am a big believer in developing talent and RSM's grow our own approach resonates strongly with me; it is a point of personal pride to see people I have worked with for years making great strides in their careers as a direct result of the nurturing environment at RSM. It's been an added privilege for me as a national service line head in recent years to see this happening nationally on an even bigger scale. In my mind, RSM has consistently proven it is an excellent place for someone to develop their career, whatever stage they are at or their circumstances."
