Overview

As a Young Persons Resilience Volunteer you will engage young people on a one-to-one basis delivering a range of support. Utilising a young person-centred approach, you'll empower them to reduce risk, increase resilience and lead a safe, happy, and healthy life. This role can include the delivery of interventions for communities, families, mental and physical health.

It can take time for our young people to engage with and trust adults. Consistency, patience, and resilience is key to this role.

This is the perfect role for a compassionate, non-judgmental person who wants to support others to make positive changes.

You will be provided with the training and support required to confidently carry out all aspects of the role.
