Position Overview

At Yoplait, our brands and consumers are at the heart of our business. Our +125MM Yoghurt portfolio contains many household names such as Petits Filous, Frubes and Yop. This entry level marketing role will be supporting the marketing team and offered plenty of opportunities to grow and develop as a commercial marketer and get involved in various marketing projects with real business impact. The successful candidate will support activation of the Annual Brand Plan and help the broader Marketing team to ensure this plan delivers revenue and profit targets. We're looking for a future marketing star: someone who is super curious and open minded, wants to learn and embraces new experiences. Your work will contribute to growing our business in the UK and you'll have a chance to grow as a marketer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Marketing efforts by developing and delivering projects (project innovation, renovation, brand experience etc.) to help drive growth in the UK
• Analyze the business results and consumer trends and provide insights and recommendations
• Support the execution of our media plans
• Develop a social engagement plan for our brands
• Briefing and approving new packaging artwork
• Support the commercial team to deliver compelling selling stories
• Foster strong working relationships and influence cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Improve our e-commerce and online presence
• Own the budget tracking process
• Partnering with key internal departments as well as external agencies, ensuring development, activation, and analysis of branded marketing activities

Position Criteria

• University Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Have a good project management experience and be organized
• Demonstrate your leadership ability and teamwork
• Agility, can work with ambiguity, and offer innovation solutions, be resilient to the changing marketplace dynamics
• Comfortable using data and insight to make informed decision
• Be fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Prior experience (internship, work placement) in Brand Marketing, Consumer Research, Sales or related field
• Excellent communication, ambitious and proactive individual

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
Job Band: Professional
Salary range: Up to £41,300 depending on profile
Bonus: 8%
