Requirements of role
This role is required to elevate the client experience across our office environments. A key objective of this role is to be the 'Point of Contact' for providing seamless service delivery across high-touch areas while aligning workplace operations with business goals and regulatory standards. As hybrid work models evolve and service expectations rise, this role is critical to driving operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and innovation in how we support our people and spaces.

Detailed Description:
In today's evolving corporate landscape, the workplace is no longer just a physical space-it is a strategic asset that directly influences employee engagement, operational efficiency, and client perception. This change request proposes the creation of a new position: Facilities & Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders and a catalyst for innovation in employee experience.
  • Track performance with reports and communicate key actions to executive leadership.
  • Align operational delivery with business objectives and cultural values.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement by serving as a dedicated point of contact for senior stakeholders and business unit leads.
  • Ensure operational consistency and uniform service standards across all client spaces.
  • Champion initiatives that support employee productivity, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Lead change management efforts and integrate industry best practices into the service roadmap.
  • Support digital transformation in operations

Strategy and Development:

  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to wider business strategy and budgeting processes.

General and Task Management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other FM Business lines (Engineering, Projects, ESG) to help deliver a customer-centric approach.
  • Promote lean principles and continuous improvement culture.
