This is an exciting time to join the HR Directorate to redevelop the University's approach to and analysis of workforce and MI data. The role offers you a great opportunity to design and implement changes to ensure our data informs and supports our strategic direction. Reporting to one of the Assistant Directors of HR, your expertise and insights will bring complex workforce data to life, enabling managers and leaders to make informed decisions in support of the institutional strategy.

You will have :

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to offer evidence-based insight from analysis of complex data
  • Experience in preparation and successful submission of relevant HE workforce datasets and management information such as HESA, REF, TEF etc.
  • A successful track record managing and developing HR systems and processes involving management information in a complex organisation
  • Strong, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
