We're seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead the global deployment of Workday across a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. In this role, you will oversee multiple workstreams, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure smooth coordination between teams across geographies. With a strong understanding of HR systems and project governance, you'll contribute to the strategic transformation of HR services and play a central role in shaping a unified and scalable digital HR infrastructure. Accountabilities:
- Oversee the global rollout of Workday, coordinating workstreams such as data, change management, and technical delivery.
- Lead project team meetings, manage dependencies, maintain DRAID logs, and track project milestones.
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations, identify risks, and escalate issues or change requests.
- Ensure consistent communication across regions and workstreams through structured governance and reporting.
- Maintain a solution-focused approach, fostering collaborative relationships across project teams.
- Provide progress updates to the Programme Manager and promote best practices in project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing HR and technology-enabled projects, ideally in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Prior involvement in Workday deployment projects or similar HRIS implementations.
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and organisational transformation.
- Exceptional communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead, support, and inspire cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and anticipating stakeholder needs in complex, fast-changing contexts.
