Wholesale Account Manager - South

About The Role

The Wholesale Account Manager will make a significant contribution to our Wholesale division. You'll manage a selection of independent Retail franchises, in the south, developing effective processes that enable the efficient delivery of the agreed joint business plan including forward promotion planning, seasonal range activation whilst delivering the sales, volume, profit and margin targets to ensure that the franchisee is a strong representation of the Morrisons brand.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • To develop and implement a sales and customer service strategy and lead the delivery of this to achieve the stretching business targets - identifying opportunities for growth, within the customer base, building a tailored service for the wholesale own brand customers.
  • Develop ways of working and innovate solutions for the wholesale customer
  • Building and maintaining the customer relationship, engaging and influencing internal & external stakeholders and simplifying processes for the team to achieve results and deliver consistently against agreed service levels.
  • Ensure all sales growth is profitable and sustainable

  • Experience of working in a trading environment
