Job Title: Whole Housing Approach (WHA) Manager

Location: Home or London office based, with travel to London and nationally when required

Job Type: Fixed-term 18 months until 31st December 2024 (contract extension based on funding)

Salary range per annum: £34,164 - £38,182

The opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate to join our Housing team at Standing Together. If you are someone who shares our passion to improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable groups then we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a new Whole Housing Approach Programme Manager, who will lead STADA's Whole Housing Approach Programme, and provide support and supervision to a small team of housing and domestic abuse experts.

The WHA Programme Manager will oversee the development and delivery of our Whole Housing Approach projects, including the three-year Whole Housing Approach pilot, delivered in partnership with Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA), Safer London, and Cheshire East Council, and funded by The National Lottery. The Programme Manager will also oversee the delivery of our housing work in the London boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster, including delivery of the Flexible Funding and Sanctuary projects, and the Domestic Abuse & Housing Operational Group.

To fulfil this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about ending domestic abuse and has knowledge and experience in responding to domestic abuse and/or housing and homelessness issues. They will have experience in providing line management support and supervision. They will have organisational skills and experience in project management, including managing the funding/budgeting, development, delivery, and evaluation of complex projects with multiple projected outputs. They will be confident and able to work within a large team towards a shared mission and objectives and be ready to provide solutions to complex problems. We are a national charity bringing communities together to end domestic abuse. Standing Together pioneered the Coordinated Community Response (CCR) approach in the UK, a multi-agency partnership model for keeping survivors safe and holding abusers to account. The Housing Team at STADA, focuses on responding to the housing and homelessness needs of victims/survivors of domestic abuse, through influencing national and local policy and practice, across all relevant agencies, but with a particular focus on the role of the housing and homelessness sector as a part of a Coordinated Community Response to domestic abuse.
