Main Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the definition and delivery of a superb online shopper experience through website and content configuration, shopper behaviour analysis and the management of the ongoing functional improvements.
Given the cross functional stakeholder management requirement for this role, we're providing a hybrid working model with 3 days a week expected in our Keynsham office.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate setup of all website configurations (delivery, pricing, promotions, personalization and extensions).
• Administration and maintenance of all website functions, features & integrations (web chat, cookie wall, subscriptions, payment gateways, banners, & marketing platforms).
• Work with business stakeholders to establish robust processes for ensuring website content changes are prepared, tested and deployed successfully.
• Support Marketing team strategy to ensure delivery of the trading plan. As well as optimise conversion, drive basket size & customer loyalty. Additionally, enhancing customer journeys.
• Oversee end-to-end management of the content lifecycle including products, promotions, pages.
• Work closely with the Website Content Administrator to undertake general technical website trading and administration tasks such as merchandising, product updates, content changes and promotional changes.
• Troubleshoot and investigate website issues, communicating with the website agency to resolve any issues and wider stakeholders in terms of maintenance changes and updates.
• Monitor website performance, especially in peak trading seasons, to ensure any issues are detected immediately and impact is minimised.
Experience/Qualification:
Essential:
• Significant in-depth experience of the Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce Cloud) platform. Ideally handling complex customer journeys through personalization.
• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management. Creating engaging content utilizing the full AEM toolset.
• Expert knowledge of website technologies, including HTML, CSS, website browsers and content management systems.
Desirable:
• Experience in large complex ecommerce organisations
• Any experience managing and/or developing on websites utilizing a MACH Architecture (Microservices, API-First, Cloud-native, Headless).
• Any experience coding with Native JavaScript or React, Angular, Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Any project management understanding and experience would be beneficial.
• Any experience of using A/B testing software.
• Knowledge / familiarity with UK GDPR & PECR as well as DPA 2018 & DMCCA 2024 legislations.
