About the Role
Are you passionate about digital optimization and user experience? Join Hurtigruten as our Web Performance Manager (Maternity Cover) and help drive measurable online growth across our global digital platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategies to improve website performance, user journeys, and conversion across desktop and mobile.
- Analyse site data to identify pain points and implement UX and performance improvements.
- Run A/B tests and optimise key conversion paths using data and user behaviour insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and tech teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Manage and mentor local e-commerce specialists, aligning team goals with commercial outcomes.
- Own reporting on site metrics and optimisation wins.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in e-commerce or conversion optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (GA, GTM), CMSs (Contentful a plus), and A/B testing.
- UX best practices and user-centred design expertise.
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
