Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Framework Director to lead one of our major water frameworks. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Framework Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with GHD's vision and business goals.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Project Oversight: Oversee major water frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, lead bids and proposals, and contribute to business expansion.
• Industry Influence: Represent GHD at industry events, conferences, and forums, advocating for sustainable water solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven Track Record: Extensive experience working on major water frameworks within the UK.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes.
• Client-Focused: Strong client management skills, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of water sector trends, challenges, and innovations.

• Target Cost Working: Demonstrated experience in managing projects within target cost frameworks, optimizing resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Client Collaboration: Familiarity working with clients in the South West, understanding their processes, requirements, and collaborative approaches.
