Job Description

The Warranty Manager will be responsible for;

  • Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements
  • Is aware of, implements and complies with HSE requirements relevant to the role
  • Ensure the contractual guarantee obligation towards the client
  • Processing of damage reports from the client and coordination of realization
  • Maintaining a constructive and cooperative relationship with the client and represent HZI interests in such a way that the project is economical for HZI
  • Reporting the project status and progress to the management on a regular basis
  • Coordination of annual maintenance with the clients/partners and internal departments
  • Ensuring the flow of information within the organisation and bringing about solutions to problems
  • Leading regular client meetings
  • Active claim management
  • Ensuring exchange of experience (feedback from project) with product managers
  • Handover of the project to the service
  • Actively identifying and initiating follow-up business

  • Experience in international industrial large-scale plant construction and in dealing with different cultures
  • Ability to reason with internal and external contacts

  • Has experience in using standardised methods to solve complex problems
  • Selects and establishes solutions
  • Develops conceptual solutions taking into account operational aspects
  • Has extensive experience in dealing with many different suppliers
  • Installation, commissioning and operating experience advantageous
  • Good business knowledge
  • Ability to coordinate and integrate
  • Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience
