Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation
Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

We are now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead and motivate a team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the warehouse on a shift basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and motivate warehouse colleagues to deliver daily operational objectives
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with Health & Safety, legal, and company standards
• Manage shift planning, resource allocation, and workload prioritisation
• Drive performance against KPIs including productivity, accuracy, cost, and service levels
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation of change
• Conduct performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinary processes where required
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• roven experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Strong people management skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams
• A solid understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across shifts
