Shift patterns: Monday - Friday. Core hours 06:00 - 14:00 - With some flexibility required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
• Drive Engagement: Create an environment where everyone feels valued, empowered and motivated to contribute. Through recognition, open communication and active involvement, we'll keep our team energised and engaged every step of the way!

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have previous experience in a warehouse Shift Manager role
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
