Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

• Lead the Charge: Assist operational management by initiating, monitoring, and reporting on all warehousing activities and staff performance during your shift.
• Boost Productivity: Communicate clear job expectations to your team, monitor stock movements, and ensure all deadlines are met safely and efficiently while upholding our high standards.
• Track Success: Utilize our advanced digital tracking software to maintain optimal records of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Empower Your Team: Oversee recruitment and staff training initiatives, keeping detailed records in line with company policies.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a shift manager in Warehouse Logistics
• Strong understanding of supply chain practices.
• Background in preparing and distributing volume orders.
• Proficient in logistics software and computer systems.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a knack for managing and training your team.
