What you'll be doing
An exciting opportunity exists within the Warehouse Operations team for a UK based Project Manager to be the lead of various warehouse transformation projects.
You will lead Boots' key operational workstreams while building integrated plans within larger programmes of work, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and that all supporting processes are fully established, tested, and successfully handed over to the operation.
Key responsibilities
Manage delivery of projects to time, cost and quality targets.
• Set up, facilitate and maintain a robust programme governance structure to enable clear decision making and proportionate and timely escalation management.
• Develop and deliver the project plan facilitating key activity across all project workstreams
• Lead for quality assurance across all project deliverables.
• Facilitate robust risk, action, issue and dependency management across the life of the project.
• Engage across all stakeholders to maximize the commitment and awareness of the project.
• Accountable for provision of all relevant project reports and information.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.
• Proven experience of managing large and complex projects, within Supply Chain Warehouse operations
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, challenge and influence appropriately
• Robust project/programme methodology including governance.
