We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing workflows, and leading a team to ensure efficient and safe operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet operational demands.
• Manage reporting, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
• Conduct meetings with direct report & other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A level or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or equivalent
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday-Thursday: 08.00am-4.30pm & Friday's 8am-4pm
