Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Supervisor.
• Responsible for organizing the safe storage of all retail products.
• Responsible for ensuring all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe manner and colleagues have up to date and relevant training.
• Overseeing the logistics of goods-in, day to day stock accuracy and goods-out operations.
• Using real-time data of online orders to increase accuracy and improve productivity to achieve our SLA'S.
• Maintaining high stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Enforcing company health & safety and security procedures.
• Enforcing company policies and core values.
• Managing staff, building teams, training employees and monitoring production performance.
• Communicating and interacting with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
• Work closely with buying, merchandising and store Management to ensure we have the right stock in the right volumes at the right time to enable us to exceed our customer needs.
• Ensure all IT and other warehouse equipment utilized in the running of the warehouse are maintained and kept in good working order.
• Provide effective solutions that enhance our service offering.
• Identify areas for improvement in policy and process to ensure excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure business goals are met.
• Mentor and develop the warehouse team, identifying processes that drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor team wellbeing, absences, attendance and performance issues, acting promptly and in line with policy.
• Conduct a year end stock take in line with company policy and provide a detailed report to the Retail and Licensing Director and Finance Director on loses and rationale.
• Internal requisitions fulfillment.
• Ad hoc management requests.
• Exporting goods to wholesale customers worldwide as needed.
