Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Bicester
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (8am to 4:30pm but may be longer 7am to 6pm)
Criminal Check required: Prison Vetting Check

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include:
- To Ensure Operational KPIs are met and exceeded
- To ensure surety of service
- To manage the day to day operations with groups of prisoners
- To comply with all HMP processes with regards to the management and recording of prisoner activity
- To ensure Health & Safety compliance
- To Ensure that the site meets it's financial targets in terms of cost lines and that an appropriate structure is in place that aligns to the budget
- To build and strengthen relationships with the local HMP teams and those of the serviced sites aligned to the warehouse.
- To ensure that all KPI's and production requirements are achieved and exceeded.
