Are you an ambitious logistics professional looking for a dynamic role in the automotive industry? We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead and support our warehouse team, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfilment, and operational excellence.
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Logistics Manager, you will oversee the daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will work closely with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams, optimising inventory control processes and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliveries.
* Oversee inventory control, including stock management, cycle counts, and audits.
* Work with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to optimise supply chain efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
* Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve warehouse productivity.
* Support and train warehouse staff to enhance team performance.
* Assist with implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software.
* Analyse logistics data to support strategic decision-making.
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock levels, and warehouse activities.
* Support the warehouse team with hands-on operational duties when needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in warehouse/logistics, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
* Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
* Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) knowledge is desirable.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of health & safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
* Forklift truck (FLT) licence highly recommended.
