We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Driving operational efficiency through effective team leadership, resource planning, and performance management
• Championing a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions to ensure service levels and productivity targets are consistently achieved

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• An established First Line Manager with solid experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics setting
• A hands-on leader who can confidently manage performance, handle people matters, and deliver results through others
• Someone resilient and flexible, with the ability to work across different sites and adapt to changing operational demands
