Procore is in search of a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the pivotal role of Head of Region, Europe, driving the expansion of Procore's renowned SaaS sales organization and contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the multi-trillion dollar construction industry. As the Head of Region, Europe, you'll directly report to Procore's Chief Revenue Officer, guiding the company toward new revenue opportunities within our Owners, General Contractor, and Specialty Contractor segments. This influential position will be based in either our London or Dublin office, offering an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our European operations.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement, and execute the vision, framework, and strategy to acquire new customers while expanding and renewing our current customer relationships to meet strategic targets
  • Work on diverse deals, in the SMB, Commercial and Up-Market segments
  • Build, manage, and lead the European revenue organization (inside and outside) and all sales segments, markets, products, selling motions, and deal sizes
  • Hire and retain a high-performing revenue team; conduct thorough talent and performance management processes
  • Coordinate the strategy, business plan, operations across all revenue functions in the region and align investment to that plan
  • Influence and partner with key functions to build out the product and marketing strategy to drive achievement of revenue targets
  • Provide leadership to the revenue organization's management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the region; provide revenue guidance and visibility up to the Procore board level
  • Encourage, motivate and scale a hyper-growth revenue organization
  • Share responsibility for performance, engagement and career pathing for everyone across the regional shared services

What we're looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
  • 10+ years of increasing responsibility building, scaling and leading complex sales organizations who have crossed the $1 billion+ annual recurring revenue mark - SaaS or construction industry experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, and driving diverse sales organizations that exceed revenue targets of $10M/year
  • Influential thinker, communicator, and revenue thought leader who gains acceptance of others in sensitive situations across all channels, mediums, and cultures
  • Demonstrated high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership
  • Prior experience operating as a Regional Head or General Manager in multicultural international environment is desired
  • Strong people management experience in a third-line management role
  • Deep experience in the European market, with particular emphasis on UKI. Experience in Nordics and Iberia is desirable.
