This is an exciting opportunity for a Volunteerto join our lovely school. The Elms Primary School is a friendly and successfulschool looking for a volunteer reader to complement our hardworking team. Weare proud to be a part of the Cambrian Learning Trust.

Volunteer School Readers usually volunteer withus for at least 3 months so that we can each get the most from the volunteeringexperience. However, we are flexible about when you visit so, please let usknow if you would prefer a different arrangement.

We expect you to perform your role to the best ofyour ability and to follow our procedures, policies, codes, including Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures, Health and Safety and equalopportunities, and to comply with our Data Protection policy. You can expect usto deal with you in accordance with our equal opportunities policy.

Volunteers are seen by pupils as safe andtrustworthy adults and are in a position of trust. Therefore, our commitment tosafeguarding is paramount.
