Job Description
We are looking for a volunteer to join the Chaplaincy Team at our Marie Curie Hospice. You will help provide pastoral, spiritual and religious care to patients, their relatives and friends.
Your role will include some of, but is not restricted to, the following tasks:
- Support the team in giving pastoral, spiritual and religious care as well as general support to patients, relatives and friends (and occasionally to staff and volunteers)
- Respect individual backgrounds, cultures and belief systems
- Attend team meetings every 2 months
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Help with other related tasks when necessary
