Vodafone Business Compliance manager

What you'll do

The role supports Vodafone Business within Vodafone Group, focusing on two main areas: managing the Compliance framework (policy, training, monitoring) and the Anti-Bribery programme. Vodafone Business delivers products and platforms to global customers and operates in regions without local Vodafone presence.

  • Compliance Framework:
    • Manage Vodafone Business's Policy governance, including the Policy portal.
    • Oversee the rollout of mandatory "Doing What's Right" training and monitor completion.
    • Maintain consistent compliance communications and collaborate with the control testing team.
    • Establish strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with the Vodafone Business Head of Legal and Compliance.
  • Anti-Bribery Programme:
    • Conduct risk assessments and provide regular reports on bribery-related risks.
    • Engage senior stakeholders to drive Anti-bribery programme implementation.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance on Anti-bribery matters.
    • Ensure consistent implementation of the Anti-bribery programme across Vodafone Business.

Who you are

  • Technical knowledge of the UK Bribery Act and FCPA.
  • Experience in risk management, compliance frameworks, and policy implementation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with an understanding of control systems (desirable).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a compliance role.
  • Compliance & Ethics qualifications (e.g., ICA, SCCE) is desirable.

  • Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%
