VM Project Manager

The Opportunity

Based in the London-based Global Architecture & VM team for Penhaligon's, Kama Ayurveda and Loto del Sur, thisrole will work closely with our 3D Design team to effectively plan, produce and deliver our global VM standards for windows, temporary podiums, in-store animations and point of sale materials, including any relevant technical standards for each brand. This will include through sampling, prototyping and market production guidelines.

Working hand in hand with Brand and Market teams, the rolealso supports the effective coordination of our brands 3D & VM projects, by our Market teams, ensuring alignment with each brand's VMG standards.

This is a 12-month maternity cover fixed-term contract.

What you'll get to do

  • Collaborate with our 3D Design team to manage the successful delivery of our brand projects
  • Regular reporting on all projects
  • Provide guidance Markets to support planning and execution of VM
  • Manage prototyping projects with external suppliers to achieve proof of concept stages
  • Manage Global Procurement POSM projects with Purchasing
  • Manage evergreen reference SKU orders
  • Brand guardian on Visual standards, coaching and guiding local teams on successful implementation of projects
  • Creation of Standard planograms + updates
  • Support the onboarding of new suppliers
  • Manage POs/invoicing and tracking

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Strong experience within Fashion, Fragrance, Beauty and / or Luxury Goods industries in a similar role
  • Proven production & development knowledge is essential along with a good understanding of materials and finishes.
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning.
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills.
  • Highly numerate, with ability to analyse figures to draw conclusions and strong business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative team player, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Sensitivity to luxury with a great attention to detail.
