About the roleAs a Visual Merchandising Partner, you’ll design inspiring and eye-catching displays in our shop windows, to entice our customer into our shops, encouraging them to buy our products.
You'll create a meaningful shopping experience for each and every customer who walks around our shopfloor with exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering market leading merchandising and presentation standards.
- Working on seasonal and floor layout changes effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
- Demonstrating flexibility to support across other areas of the branch and departments when required.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with visual merchandising and branch colleagues to develop the departments and branches performance.
- Carrying out stock handling and systems processes to minimise business risk and loss.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
- Creative skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience of working within a team.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
- Qualifications in Display or Design.
- Previous experience in the creation of displays.
- Experience of working in a retail environment.
