VIP Account Manager

We are looking for outgoing candidates who want to work and grow within igaming sector. As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalised support to our esteemed VIP clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism while handling their inquiries and concerns. You will serve as a vital point of contact between the company and our valued VIP customers, delivering a seamless and delightful experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient support for customers through outgoing phone calls.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction and develop the expectations.
- Accurately place and process orders per VIP Service Representative guidelines.
- Recognize and act on the opportunity to up-sell additional products and services to customers.
- Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner.
- Monitor and implement anti-fraud measures to protect both the company and its customers.
- Assist customers with game-related inquiries, helping them understand the rules, strategies, and
- features of various online casino games.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customers' preferences and interests to
enhance their gaming experience. - Stay up-to-date with the latest game releases, updates, and promotions to effectively inform and guide customers.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, address challenges, and contribute to a
positive work environment.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English & (preferably in Turkish as well).
- Customer service or Sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and offer a good quality of solution professionally.
- Enthusiastic character with the ability of convincing customers and responding their inquiries.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new systems,
processes, and industry-specific terminology. - Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to collaborate with colleagues, and a strong
commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
