We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President II to join our Middle Office, Account Onboarding team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Resolve complex client challenges by working with the various Middle Office Operational teams to provide optimal client service.
- Serve as a key contributor for the establishment and execution of data controls across the Middle Office architecture.
- Work in conjunction with the accounting vendor to identify system enhancements to solution for changing investing trends.
- Active member of Client Onboarding team handling due diligence activities.
- Team with our Technology and Product groups to provide strategic guidance and ideas for supporting BNY Middle Office clients.
- Interact with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues related to their Data Delivery reports and file transmissions.
- Use industry knowledge to analyze test results of monthly and quarterly software releases.
- Monitor client accounting records on a daily basis to identify and resolve issues.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Prior Investment Management / Financial Industry Experience
- Extensive Knowledge of Asset Servicing - Trading Operations, Accounting and Reconciliation
