We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting Manager to join our Front Office Services team. This role is located in London.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Day-to-day management of the production team within the Client Reporting function responsible for the production of key reporting for segregated mandates and regulated fund ranges, including:
- Investment Reporting;
- Fund Factsheet and commentary documents;
- UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPS KIDs;
- Solvency II TPT;
- Regulatory data templates including EMT, EPT and EET;
- Costs and Charges reporting including MiFID II ex-post reporting, CTI and DCPT templates.
- Oversight of offshore production team, includes daily and weekly calls and monthly governance
- Ensure services are delivered in line with SLAs, SOPs and KPIs.
- Address queries or issues arising from clients, auditors, and third parties
- Daily management of the team, including 1:1s and performance reviews, team meetings and recruitment.
- Mentoring direct and indirect reports, sharing knowledge to help develop the team and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up to date team procedures.
- Having a strong grasp of the regulatory, legal and business risk implications of opportunities and decisions.
- Operating within an environment of good control and governance. Ensuring adherence to key controls and audit requirements
- Production of accurate and timely management Information
- Engage with internal and external partners so that products/services meet client needs as well as monitoring client satisfaction levels.
- Oversight and monitoring of Third party vendors
- Lead and participate in key strategic projects. Represent the Client Reporting function on project working groups and steering committees
- Identify and implement process improvements, including solutions to mitigate risk, increase automation and standardisation
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with previous experience managing a Client Reporting team who can work well independently and lead a large team.
- Someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Attention to detail, consistently deliver high quality work with a methodical approach. Works well under pressure and plans to ensure deadlines are met.
- Have a detailed knowledge of global securities, investment strategies, market data and funds in a Client Reporting context
- Knowledge of Solvency II, MiFID II EMT, PRIIPs EPT, CTI
- Experience of Morningstar Publishing Service, Vermilion Reporting Suite and Aladdin would be advantageous.
