We are looking for a Client Care Manager to lead and develop of multi-site Client Care team! In this role you will be leading a team of 20 staff across 9 sites and will inspire and coach the team to provide the best level of customer care. Experience of managing a large team essential.

The role will involve:

*Delivering induction training.

*Selecting and training new recruits and role modelling best practice behaviours in a busy call centre/reception setting.

*Prioritising and managing conflicting tasks in a role where no two days are same.

*Holding management meetings where you can bring your ideas regarding how we can enhance our service.

*Absence management and performance management but support will be provided.

*Reporting to the Practice Managers and providing key support to the rest of the management team in a busy hospital environment.

*Delivering reception rotas to cover 9 sites up to 7 days a week and ensuring that KPIs are met.

*Daily banking, dealing with client queries and supporting the clinical team in order to provide the best care possible.

About the rota

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with shifts between 8:00am-7:00pm. Weekends are on rotation.
