About the team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic UK TikTok LIVE Vertical Creator Manager to help us acquire & grow our Music Creators, influencing them and coaching them to go LIVE consistently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Research & Discovery on the current TikTok LIVE Music ecosystem, perfect our existing SOP for Music Creator recruitment, onboarding & growth. Set timelines, goals and KPIs (#Creators recruited, Expected Revenue Growth, Market Share Growth).
- Work together with our Acquisitions manager to recruit Music talent both on & off platform, with focus on on platform. After recruiting creators - execute the SOP, including providing 1:1 and 1:many training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream sessions. Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance, reputation and to drive monetisation in the Music vertical.
- Deliver Music creator specific education, tailored to Creators who want to develop a Music streamer career vs a traditional Music career; as the latter will be less prone to spend time streaming.
- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance, iterate the SOP as needed.
- Collaborate with other EU Regions & our campaigns team to develop specific campaigns to incentivise these creators to go LIVE consistently, promote with Creators existing market campaigns.
- Think creatively about events / projects we can launch in order to maximise livestreaming time, encourage and motivate both creators and their audiences.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Talent/Influencer/Creator management, preferably on a Content Platform and in the Acquisitions space. Existing creator network or connection with the amateur Music industry a plus.
- Ambitious, result-oriented, good data analysis skills. Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, stretch revenue targets and cope well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven project management, process management & organisational skills. Able to parse & digest data quickly in order to facilitate decision making.
- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications.
- Professional, patient and skillful communication. Able to build relationships, respect & trust with Creators in a short space of time.
