As an IT Vendor Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimising relationships with a wide range of suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery that supports our technology operations. You'll work closely with teams across the business to manage contracts, improve performance, and help drive value and innovation.

Job Description

As IT Vendor Manager, you will...

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet Greene King's standards.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, SLAs, renewals and amendments.
• Monitor vendor performance and lead regular reviews to maintain service quality.
• Work closely with procurement, IT, operations and finance to align vendor delivery with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement across vendor management processes.

What you'll bring...

• Experience in vendor management, ideally within retail or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence managing multiple vendors and prioritising effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance and risk management.
