Your impact:

• You're a whiz with satellite User Terminal and, in general, with product management life cycle.

• You understand the user community that your product aims to serve, its goals, pains and needs. You will translate that understanding into use cases that will help define product and feature requirements, apportioning them in minimum valuable products and in-life management feature enhancement roadmaps.
• You will work closely with Eutelsat OneWeb's sales team and will follow their guidance in the prioritization of UT Product roadmap items, following their vision, strategy and go-to-market plans.
• You will work closely with Eutelsat OneWeb's offering team, product owners, and other commercial functions in the definition of Eutelsat OneWeb's connectivity offering.
• You have a proven track record in managing satellite telecommunication products for land, government, aeronautical, and/or maritime business segments, with the ability to act as the voice of the customer in technical and commercial discussions.
• You possess superb communications skills with ability to work across organizational boundaries.

Your missions:

• Create UT product market requirements documentation that is in line with our value proposition requirements for the relevant market segments.
• Manage the UT product life cycle, from conception to business case realization, and gather regular updates from the Engineering department during prototype development. You will work closely with the UT Product Director and Offering Manager during pre-launch, launch and in-life management phases.
• Contribute to the review of UT documentation and training material produced by our UT manufacturers/integrators.
• Contribute to the preparation of Eutelsat OneWeb UT product catalogue for internal and external consumption.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Commercial teams to define/prioritise the development of the OneWeb technology roadmap and subsequently develop and own the user terminal product roadmap.
• Drive feature roadmaps based on customer and business requirements and adapt features based on field gathered data.
• Build relationships with other members of the Product Group, Engineering, Sales teams, and our User Terminal manufacturers/developers/integrators, ensuring alignment among all parties at all times.
• Brief offering and sales teams on product development progress and launch plans.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a product management role, including being responsible and accountable for the User Terminal products readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers and deliver products that meet their needs.
• Experience working with full product life cycle including distribution and support.
• Previous exposure to product supply chain, preferably in the satellite communications industry.
• Experience or exposure to generation of telecommunication product roadmaps in different market segments, e.g. aeronautical, maritime, enterprise or government.
• Knowledge of satellite telecommunications industry.
