Role Summary

You will be a key member of the URBN Workforce Management Team focusing on reporting and analytics. This position will work closely with all our brands to ensure payroll and scheduling goals are met along with maintaining the labor model used to calculate labor hours across all our UK/Europe stores.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll and hour variances to budget and forecast
  • Maintain and update labor model to ensure accurate weekly hours are generated for scheduling
  • Assist in updating weekly forecasts for sales and task metrics to accurately predict trends for optimal scheduling
  • Leverage WFM Analytics data to provide data for leadership to recommend efficiencies and improve productivity
  • Maintain and calculate monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance on several metrics
  • Assist in support of the automated labor scheduling tool
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process for store labor
  • Ad hoc analysis as needed to support the store leadership and URBN workforce management team

What You'll Need

  • 2-5 years of experience in a financial role, retail workforce or payroll management a plus
  • Knowledge of financial systems: Hyperion HFM, Essbase, MicroStrategy or similar
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Financial Modeling and Analysis
  • Proven ability to utilize and quickly adapt to new software and reporting systems
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, proactive problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, detail oriented, a good sense of urgency, and an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong ability to clearly present high-level summary of findings and recommendations
  • Team player with a positive attitude
