Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Registered Practitioner on relevant part of professional register (RN)
  • Teaching qualification
  • Educated to diploma level
  • Evidence of level 3 studies
  • Understanding that post requires successful CQC application and interview process for CQC registered manager status

Desirable criteria

  • Qualified in speciality
  • Graduate
  • Previously held post holder for CQC registered manager

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Substantial experience at Band 6
  • Evidence of good organisational and planning skills
  • Recent evidence of continuing professional and personal development
  • Implementation of audit / research
  • Evidence of IQP leadership/ participation/implementation
  • Portfolio building
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience of change management

Desirable criteria

  • Teaching or Lecturing internal or external venues
  • Trust wide presentation experience example: Bee Brilliant

Disposition

Essential criteria

  • Ability to: Work under pressure
  • Aptitude to change

Knowledge
