Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Registered Practitioner on relevant part of professional register (RN)
- Teaching qualification
- Educated to diploma level
- Evidence of level 3 studies
- Understanding that post requires successful CQC application and interview process for CQC registered manager status
Desirable criteria
- Qualified in speciality
- Graduate
- Previously held post holder for CQC registered manager
Experience
Essential criteria
- Substantial experience at Band 6
- Evidence of good organisational and planning skills
- Recent evidence of continuing professional and personal development
- Implementation of audit / research
- Evidence of IQP leadership/ participation/implementation
- Portfolio building
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience of change management
Desirable criteria
- Teaching or Lecturing internal or external venues
- Trust wide presentation experience example: Bee Brilliant
Disposition
