We are seeking a skilled and driven Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of logistics solutions throughout the lifecycle of our projects and systems.
Responsibilities
As the ILS Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of Integrated Logistics Support activities across all stages of the system lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and operations, to ensure systems are designed, supported, and maintained to meet operational needs while minimizing costs and maximizing reliability.

Qualifications
- Develop and manage Integrated Logistics Support strategies and plans to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate and lead ILS activities, including Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Supportability (RAMS) analysis, spares provisioning, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all logistics support requirements are integrated into the system design from concept to disposal.
- Oversee and manage technical publications, training programs, and operational support packages.
- Engage with stakeholders to define and refine support requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis and provide input for cost-effective support solutions.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with ILS deliverables.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to ILS team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of ILS processes and methodologies
Essential skills
- Proven experience in Integrated Logistics Support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ILS principles, standards, and frameworks (e.g., DEF STAN 00-600, MIL-STD-1388).
- Demonstrated ability to manage logistics support activities across complex projects or programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in RAMS, LCC, and similar analyses.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with logistics support analysis (LSA) tools and software.
Desired skills
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in the [defense/aerospace/manufacturing] sector.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or logistics (e.g., CILT).
